On July 2019, Brasserie Bread explored edible seeds, natives and botanicals in our “From the Seed’ event at the charming Empire Lounge – Sydney Sea Planes in Rose Bay.
The night marked the bakery’s annual celebration of industry, innovation and market leading artisan suppliers.
I managed the end-to-end process for this event and strategically developed partnerships with high-end producers Herbie’s Spices, Brookie’s Gin, Impulse Trading Co. and Brookfarm.
Over 100 guests gathered from industry figures, foodservice businesses, media, influencers and bloggers, generating a buzz and influencing client’s menus during the cooler months.
